The Administrative IL Coordinator will be responsible for providing professional customer service, administrative, and technical support to the staff of the Pennsylvania Child Welfare Resource Center (Resource Center). The Administrative IL Coordinator functions as a team member of the Administrative Department of the Resource Center. Duties include providing administrative support and assistance to the assigned department manager(s), supervisor(s), and staff.
Additional duties of this position include but are not limited to the following:
The Child Welfare Resource Center operates in a hybrid work approach where work can be completed remotely, in the Mechanicsburg office, and in the field as necessary and appropriate. Time for this position is estimated as 55% remote work, 40% in the Mechanicsburg office, and 5% in the field. Must be able to travel infrequently statewide throughout the Commonwealth and attend the weeklong annual Older Youth Retreat at the University of Pittsburgh Johnstown Campus. A valid driver’s license or the ability to travel to perform the essential functions is required.
Experience working with ethnically and culturally diverse populations preferred. A commitment to achieving equity and inclusion in the child welfare system is a must.
