Job Description:
Overview
- Established company specializing in Design Build Slip-Formed Silos, Structures and Buildings is seeking an onsite Project Manager.
- Location: Upper Sandusky, Ohio.
- Project: Agricultural / Industrial Greenfield.
- Duration: 18 to 24 months.
- Salary: $100,000+ Annual basis, based on experience and abilities.
- Per diem: $1,000/week.
- Retention Bonus: $25,000 upon remaining on-site for the full project term.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years on the job experience managing industrial projects with a minimum project size of $50MM.
- Overall on-site management of all personnel and construction efforts.
- Daily communication with the owners project manager and home office personnel.
- Schedule management and weekly updates with Microsoft Project.
- Manage daily work efforts with planning and communication with up to (4) jobsite Superintendents.
- Draft weekly reports and related documentation as required by the owners project manager.
- Manage and oversee subcontractors.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a high level of accountability, honesty and integrity.
