We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial operations within a dynamic private equity-owned manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
Cost Management: Implement and manage cost control measures, analyzing manufacturing costs and driving initiatives to enhance profitability and efficiency.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity positions. Develop strategies to optimize cash management and ensure financial stability.
Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investment opportunities and support due diligence efforts related to acquisitions or capital projects. Provide financial insights to guide decision-making.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Collaboration: Work closely with operations, sales, and executive teams to align financial strategies with business objectives and operational needs.
Private Equity Engagement: Collaborate with private equity partners on financial performance, strategic initiatives, and reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
10+ years of experience in finance management, with a focus on manufacturing and private equity environments.
Strong understanding of financial modeling, reporting, and operational finance.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
