Key Responsibilities:
Draft and negotiate licensing agreements.
Handle product development and licensing issues.
Address supply chain, logistics, and marketing concerns.
Collaborate on technology acquisition and IP exploitation.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in IP law.
Proven experience in drafting and negotiating agreements.
Familiarity with mobile technology, telecommunications, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
Strong collaborative approach and commitment to a positive firm culture.
JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
