Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher at Pontarelli in Chicago, IL. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating ground transportation services, communicating with chauffeurs and clients, managing schedules, and ensuring timely and safe travel for customers.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Knowledge of transportation logistics and route planning
Experience in customer service or dispatching
Proficiency in using dispatch software or similar tools
Familiarity with Chicago and surrounding areas
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with DOT Regulations and Compliance
Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
