Job Description:

Our Enlow & Associates Talent Acquisition team is looking the next ???????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????????? & ???????????????????????????????????????????????? to support our growing team. This role will be responsible for the administrative and organizational functions of the office, acting as the first point of intake for incoming visitors and calls. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, exceedingly well organized and flexible, and enjoys being nimble while navigating the administrative challenges of supporting a fast-paced, smaller office. This individual must be able to perform effectively across various administrative and customer-centric support functions within a dynamic environment. A true self-starter who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and is comfortable working under minimum supervision to get tasks done efficiently.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
• Assists the Managing Director and Leadership with their daily schedules and duties, including booking calendar appointments, recruiting and client commitments, and travel arrangements (planning itineraries, developing agendas and meeting materials, reporting expenses, etc.).
• Provides general administrative support to the team to include:
  1. Customer facing as the Receptionist - receiving and interacting with visitors
  2. Answers and manages all incoming calls
  3. Maintains paper and online records, defining procedures for their retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal
  4. Arranges meetings and conference calls (including coordinating all meeting logistics, developing agendas and meeting materials, etc.).
  5. Drafts client and candidate related correspondence including thank you letters, weekly Power Point Presentation pitch decks, emails, meeting agendas and supporting info

• Proficient and comfortable working with LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Provides research and sourcing support to Recruiting team as needed (opportunity for training and development!)
• Performs other duties and daily support to the office as assigned by Manager

Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of four to five years solid administrative experience in a professional office setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills (in English)
• Eagle-eye attention to detail and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), QuickBooks online interface
• Ability to input data in an accurate manner, reconciling receipts and expenses
• Understand how to set up and manage vendor and customer accounts in CRM
