Seeking an experienced, hands-on facility maintenance manager for an industrial greenhouse and farm.

Job Description

• Create an effective work order and PM system
• Perform inspections on irrigation, lighting, HVAC and similar systems
• Maintain and repair machines, tools and small vehicles
• Utilize staff or contractors as needed

Requirements

• Experience in a commercial setting - 5 years minimum
• Maintain, diagnose and repair facility systems - LT 10% downtime
• Hold current HVAC certification
• Pass background check with no felony convictions
