Toner Buzz, a leader in the e-commerce space for toner and printing supplies, is looking for a Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for those passionate about building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with our existing customer base, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Our focus is on service excellence, understanding customer needs, and providing support that exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Regularly connect with existing customers to understand their ongoing needs, ensuring Toner Buzz remains their preferred supplier.
  • Satisfaction Management: Proactively address and resolve any customer concerns or issues, aiming for swift and positive resolutions that build trust and satisfaction.
  • Feedback Collection: Serve as a liaison between customers and our internal teams, sharing insights and feedback to help improve our products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, focusing on long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborative Sales Support: Work alongside the sales team to gently introduce customers to new or additional products that meet their evolving needs, always prioritizing the customer's perspective and satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, account management, or a related field, with a strong focus on building customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers positively and effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a knack for identifying and addressing customer needs before they escalate.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts efficiently.
