Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible receptionist to join our team. This unique position will require you to manage the front desk for two different companies located in the same office: a real estate brokerage and an insurance agency.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Make outbound calls to existing clients for appointment reminders, policy renewals, or other follow-ups.
Greet walk-in clients warmly and direct them accordingly.
Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills, proficient in MS Office Suite.
Experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
