This is a 3+ month contract and onsite in Deerfield, Illinois. W2 ONLY.
Qualifications:
Performs all basic production equipment operation, ensures a steady workflow, achieves, and maintains production standards as required by the department, including performing minor equipment adjustments.
Reviews documents for accuracy/completeness, makes necessary adjustments and corrections or escalates per established procedures. Including conducting research to obtain information for incomplete documents and materials. May support inventory/material handling, reviews, and adjustments.
Manually prepares documents, materials and information for data entry including gathering, collating and preparation based on retention schedule and process overview.
Creating digital documents, capturing data into digital databases, and performing regular backups. While updating and maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems.
Completes operator/job logs and other documentation and/or provides Team Lead information to track job completion and produces reports/documentation to validate damaged pieces during production runs. May include data reports, spreadsheets, or other documentation.
Ensures quality checks performed before, during, and upon completion of each packet with emphasis on final product and complying with retention schedule and team expectations. Troubleshoots basic and intermediate program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning.
Maintains appropriate supply inventory based on established procedures and requirements.
Perform various office clerical functions including filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning retrieving, and delivering files and records, typing, and scanning documents.
Files documents following established retention policies. Ensures quality control on all work assigned.
Provides support for new employees, provides answers to workflow questions, and sets an example for co-workers.
