The primary responsibility of the Asphalt Maintenance Foreman position will be to manage various service offerings consisting of striping, seal-coating, athletic court resurfacing, and other parking lot projects from start to completion. This is a floating foreman position where you will utilize your skills and management style to lead a crew of 2-6 people each day.
Job Responsibilities:
Operating striping and seal-coating equipment, and utilization of various tools required for each project.
Training new team members on proper equipment usage and best processes.
Managing various size projects from start to completion while facilitating customer concerns.
Leading team members with regards to SOS quality and time standards.
Safely operating trucks/machinery and hauling equipment to and from the job.
Ability to follow plans, delegate tasks, work efficiently and problem solve in the field.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
Be the authority in the field on striping, sealcoating, and athletic court processes and procedures.
Schedule Requirements
M-F availability 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Avg. 40-50 hours/week including weekends.
Must have availability to work weekends and occasional travel/overnight work.
