Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and administer VMware vSphere infrastructure, including ESXi hosts and vCenter Server.
• Perform VMware installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using VMware tools.
• Implement and maintain VMware clusters, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Ensure security compliance and best practices for VMware environments.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve infrastructure issues.
• Assist in capacity planning and performance tuning for VMware systems.
• Strong knowledge in Cloud platforms AWS, Azure.
• Strong Knowledge on Disaster Recovery tool Zerto.
• VMware NSX knowledge.
• Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to system emergencies as needed.
• Stay updated with VMware technologies and recommend system improvements.
• Understanding of network protocols and security concepts.
• Familiarity with patch management and configuration management practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Environment.
