Create and support effective communications internally and externally.
Build, develop, and complete plans to deploy strategic, cross-enterprise product and service initiatives.
Evaluate project impacts to existing RM processes, service models, systems, and tools.
Identify and engage working team members, governance committees, subject matter experts, and other business resources.
Create engagement strategies for both Managing Directors and clients that may include pilot plans, rollout schedules, and rollout wave calendars.
Partner with business units across WI to influence and build customer focused, effective engagement strategies.
Consult on training & communications strategy for the RM organization, including plan sponsor, Advisor/Consultant and participant communications, associate communications, and associate training plans.
Consult on project business cases and requirements.
Perform WI Client Fit Analysis, identify potential variances within the target market segments, plan configuration, and service models.
Provide status updates to executive steering committees, project sponsors and other key partners.
Bachelor's degree with proven experience in the retirement industry, financial services, defined contribution, and/or benefits administration industry or equivalent experience.
2+ years of project management and/or management consulting experience a plus.
Effective written communications experience.
New Product/Service experience within Workplace Investing advantageous to the role.
Familiarity with WI Relationship Management and business partners a plus.
