Our client is a major international firm, seeking a mid-level associate for its Intellectual Property Technology Transactions and Sourcing practice group in Seattle. The compensation for this position is between $200,000 to $250,000.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in commercial transactions related technology and intellectual property.
Experience drafting and negotiating agreements, including licensing agreements.
Experience with product development and licensing, supply chain and logistics, and marketing and advertising issues as well as experience with hardware and software, consumer and B2B, SaaS, AI, data and privacy.
Experience with acquisition of technology and IP is preferred.
Additional experience relating to mobile technology, telecommunications, patent and other types of licensing, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
Strong academic credentials with state bar admission.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; team focused.
