Job Title: Field Quality Specialist
Job Summary:
The Field Quality Specialist is responsible for managing 100-115 Donation Center locations. The role will be based in Chicago or Dallas and is dedicated to ensuring vendor service delivery meets customer expectations. The Field Quality Specialist serves as an operational escalation point between the client(s) field operations, specifically District Managers/AVPS, and, in some instances, store managers, in addition to internal account teams. This individual also partners with Account Management in a relationship management capacity to support the client(s). This individual is responsible for visiting the centers in their territory quarterly; some locations may require multiple visits. The role assists with vendor coaching and building relationships with the crews and key points of contact. The Field Quality Specialist may be required to attend services and assist in special projects I.E. Asset Gathering
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Visit centers in the designated territory, cycling through the visits quarterly
Review contracted services and frequencies with Account Management to find opportunity for additional services
Drives operational service performance of suppliers inclusive of training and on-site visits
Meet and tour with Assistant Director of Operations, minimum twice per year. Reach out via phone or email as necessary to close out items identified during any tours
Coach crews on-site as necessary, and meet with crew supervisor a minimum twice per year
Work closely with internal service team to drive customer service and resolutions
Any other duties assigned by management
Qualifications:
Minimum BS/BA degree in Business related field or the equivalent in education and work experience. Advance Degree/Certification in specialty floor care preferred
Floor care experience preferred. Equivalent combination of training, education and experience. Strong operational and training experience and previous background in facilities services management preferred
Valid driver's license and passport. OSHA 10 course completion
Bi-lingual communication skills (Spanish/English) a plus
Operate an IPAD and have some computer skills
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Possess a solid, results-oriented work ethic
Demonstrated ability to solve problems and act with a sense of urgency
Self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised
Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers to work with and meet or exceed their expectations. Present a professional image to internal/external customers
Demonstrated ability to problem solve. Display initiative and know when to escalate to senior leadership with alternative solutions
Able to articulate thoughts clearly and produce high quality written material. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships in pursuit of company business objectives
Strong ability to coach, lead and develop third party providers
