Job Description:
STONE Resource Group is partnering with a leader in the Automotive/E-Commerce space looking to bring on an IT Field Service Analyst to the team. This role will provide Tier 2-3 support of various hardware and software components at multiple facilities throughout the New Orleans/Lafayette area.
This role is fully on-site in New Orleans with 25% travel (1x week) to Lafayette. It is a contract opportunity that will convert to full time employment after 6 months.
Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and tablets
Assist with Network/Wi-Fi troubleshooting and maintenance
Provide technical support to various software applications
Work with non-technical site leaders to diagnose problems and explain resolutions
Requirements:
3-5+ years of tier 2 and tier 3 support with various hardware and software components
