Rise Modular, LLC (Rise) is a full volumetric modular manufacturing company serving the multi-family apartment, hospitality, student housing and affordable housing sectors.
Responsibilities:
Reviews Design Integration Documents and related materials to produce coordinated production drawings for factory use
Redline Drafting and Management
Interfaces with internal drafting team to clarify and/or confirm information received
Interfaces with Manufacturing Team to address issues and discrepancies
Follows established procedures and standards for production drawings
Develops solutions to technical and design problems based on Rise Modular fabrication methods and practices
Qualifications:
Commercial / Residential drafting experience (Min. 2 years of relevant drafting experience)
Proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam
Experience in wood framing construction preferred
Technical Aptitude and willingness to learn
Preferred skills and experience:
Self-motivated with a desire for completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner with minimal supervision and guidance
Strong attention to detail while completing tasks within an established schedule
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Experience with StrucSoft MWF for wood frame construction is a plus
Experience with Modular design or construction is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
