JOB TITLE: Contact Center Agent

LOCATION: Carmel, Indiana

JOB TYPE: Full-time, On-site

Hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and support. While previous call center experience is preferred, it is not required. Client is looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, quick learners, and have a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about our products and services.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and manage stress effectively.
• Proficient in using computers and CRM systems.
• A positive attitude and a team player mindset.
