Hours: shift time - Tuesday-Saturday from 10-10pm (employees only ever work 8.5 hour shifts) in November shift time will move to 7 days a week, 8-midnight (employees will always get either a Saturday or Sunday off and have 2 back to back days off)
Pay Rate: $46,000
**The compensation for the role will start out at $44K during their first few weeks until they obtain their P&C Insurance license, and then will bump to $46K
Must-Haves:
4-6 years of operational leadership experience.
Proven experience supervising agents in a call center/contact center environment
Proficiency in using various technology platforms and tools.
Spanish Bilingual proficiency (will be required to pass an assessment).
