Role Description
Team Principal: Autonomous Drone Racing (Remote)
This is a full-time, remote role that puts you at the helm of our newest venture: autonomous drone racing. As the Team Principal, you'll be steering the vision and operations of the drone racing team from start to finish, ensuring strategic alignment and day-to-day efficiency. You'll lead a team of elite engineers and AI specialists, fostering a culture of innovation while navigating the technical and competitive landscape of autonomous racing. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the autonomous drone racing team's daily operations, ensuring seamless execution on and off the race circuit.
Drive the strategic vision for the drone racing team, setting clear goals and milestones for innovation, performance, and competition.
Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary team of engineers, AI developers, and drone specialists, fostering collaboration and creativity.
Lead the development and implementation of AI algorithms and autonomous systems tailored for high-speed drone racing.
Coordinate with sponsors, stakeholders, and external partners to elevate the team's presence in the drone racing world.
Monitor industry trends and breakthroughs in AI and drone technology, ensuring the team stays ahead of the curve.

Proven experience in autonomous systems technology and drone racing, with a solid understanding of AI and its applications.
