We are inviting you to apply for our open Resort General Manager position. You would be replacing a successful GM of over 16 years, who is taking a new role with the company. This role holds the ultimate responsibility for oversight of the property, including guest service, financial performance, operations, sales, and events.
With this position, we require a background of at least four years' experience as a general manager, with leadership experience at one property of over 500 rooms. You'll need to be an expert communicator who has excelled in a privately-owned environment. You'll be a hands-on leader, who might lead a stand-up, bus a table, strip a room or pick-up waterpark towel. You'll be a champion of your people and get to know what motivates them as individuals. A background that includes adherence to corporate standards and frequent on-site corporate support is preferred. An in-depth food and beverage background will be critical for the success of this person.
