Carolina Legal Staffing is seeking an experienced commercial real estate candidate who is ready to move up in their career.
As the Director of Legal, you will be responsible for the management of the legal department, review and abstract real estate contracts, draft amendments, order and review title commitments and exceptions documents, review surveys and plats, and coordinate with outside counsel drafting of title objection letter.
Education: Bachelor's or Associate degree in legal studies or equivalent work experience required.
3+ years of direct commercial real estate experience.
