We have been exclusively engaged on a maternity leave cover for a Clinical Stage, Oncology focused (both liquid and solid) organization. This sits within the Analytical Development group.
Background requirements:
Advanced flow cytometry skills with experience in designing and executing complex experiments
Extensive knowledge of flow cytometry assays, techniques, reagents, and instruments.
Experience with analytical development in a GMP environment
Confident written, verbal, and visual communication skills in a cross-functional setting
Experience managing external relationships with initiative and diplomacy
Experience leading projects with transparency, accountability, and success
Proven record as a mentor and trainer - some people management experience preferred
Collaborative and engaged, with a performance-oriented mindset
Academic or industry experience in a relevant field, e.g., immunology, cell biology, or oncology
Experience with immune cell therapies and with natural killer (NK) cells is a plus
Experience with Quality is a plus
PhD with 1+ years of industry experience, Master's 3+ years of experience
Experience within Oncology focused organization is required, AML / MDS experience highly preferred.
