Our client in the non-profit, financial space is seeking an Office Administrator for their Greenville office. This person serves as the first contact with personnel and visitors and works collaboratively with all office staff members.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity with full benefits on-site in Greenville.
Responsibilities:
Provide admin support to the staff by handling all incoming calls and greeting guests at the office.
Process mail and distributes out to staff
Process checks received by mail or in-person and ensures they end up in the proper hands
Log all forms received my mail or in-person and inputs them properly in the system
Maintain the calendar of events and meeting room reservations for office
Ensure an organized office environment
Coordinator and put together packets for board meetings as well as the logistics for these meetings including catering
Participate in meetings as needed
Assist with mailing out letters and acknowledgement for the donor services department
Assist in coordinating special events
Update and maintain various databases and prepare mailings
Qualifications:
Previously office administrative experience
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent proofreading and editing skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate with office staff as well as visitors, donors, and board in a professional manner
Good listening skills and ability to be a skilled self-starter
Ability to handle confidentiality
Compensation & Benefits:
$50,000-60,000
