Job description: • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner • Manage executives' calendars and set up meeting • Make travel and accommodation arrangements • Schedules meetings based on staff and room availability • Keep up with office supply inventory • Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports
Qualification: • Excellent communicator both in English and Japanese (read/write/ speak) • 3 or more years of experience in administrative roles required • Excellent MS Office knowledge is big plus • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Multitasker. Work independently with minimal supervision • Work experience in Japanese oriented company highly preferred
