Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO and provide high-level administrative support to the President, Americas, and the executive leadership team. Executive Assistant to CEOResponsibilities:
Provide top-notch administrative support to C-Suite executives
Manage complex calendar scheduling, meetings and travel arrangements (domestic and international)
Prepare expense reports and oversee meeting logistics
Proactively manage schedules and protect executive time
Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
Participate in special projects and collaborate across the administrative team
Executive Assistant to CEORequirements:
7+ years of executive-level administrative experience
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel coordination
Strong problem-solving ability, with a forward-thinking mindset
Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
