A growing services company in California is currently seeking a personable and well-spoken professional to join their growing team as their new Customer Service Representative. In this role, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing professional, timely, consistent, and efficient customer service to clients, customers, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Ensure customer issue is resolved from start to finish, following up with various departments and then the customer
Ensure the timely and accurate responses to all incoming phone and email inquiries and requests, including billing and crediting issues.
Input data into database of information relating to customer inquiries, contacts, new orders, changes, cancellations, etc., as needed.
Ability to use multiple internal systems during the course of a day to provide quality customer service.
Provide timely feedback to direct management regarding service failures or customer concerns.
Mandatory overtime may be requested by management.
Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a Customer Relationship environment
High School Diploma / GED
Experience in a manufacturing Customer Service environment (order management, shipping and delivery, new customer set ups, issue troubleshooting and resolution)
Proficiency with common office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite; and hardware, such as a PC
Customer Service oriented
Exceptional phone etiquette
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
