Communicate effectively with customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
Provide comprehensive and informed responses to inquiries regarding product details, pricing, and availability.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.
Conduct accurate data entry across various platforms to maintain records and facilitate processes.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of relevant work experience demonstrating proficiency in customer support/account management roles.
Exceptional phone etiquette with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
College Degree: Completion of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program.
Previous Contact Center Experience in Finance: Prior experience in a finance-related contact center environment.
