Position: Records Analyst

Location: Flexible work hours, Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (with potential for permanent placement based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Records Intake & Cataloging: Ensure records are accurately boxed, labeled, indexed, and logged using Insight.
  • Records Retrieval & Delivery: Manage the retrieval and delivery of physical records, upholding the highest standards of integrity.
  • System Management: Utilize Insight for electronic records and embrace the opportunity to work with systems like Microsoft Purview.
  • Records Center Maintenance: Keep our records center organized and secure.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Records Coordinator and other departments with various administrative tasks.
  • Collaboration: Partner with our remote Records Coordinator, handling records management and ad hoc tasks with precision.

What We're Looking For:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Library or Information Sciences preferred, but relevant work experience is highly valued.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in records management with strong filing and organizational skills.
  • Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage a high volume of tasks, and experience with records management software (Insight) or similar systems.

Preferred Experience:
  • Background in office administration, especially in records or library environments.
