A four star resort in Idaho is looking to add a Director of Rooms and Lodging to their team to lead service and operations for rooms, housekeeping, front office, and guest services. This legendary property is know for its world class amenities and high end cuisine offerings. Position Requirements:
5-10 years of hotel management experience
Independent resort experience
Director level experience
Independent resort experience a plus
Experience with rooms, front office, and/or guest services
High volume experience ($50M+ in annual revenue)
Experience hiring, training, and mentoring employees and teams
Financial experience overseeing product cost, labor cost, and inventory
Compensation: $125,000 - $145,000 (commensurate with experience), bonus program, 401k, comprehensive health insurance, PTO, health & wellness programs, cell phone reimbursement, onsite discounts and much more!
