STS is looking to add an experienced HR & Executive Assistant to our team as the administrative team. The HR & Executive Assistant will be responsible for assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and administrative HR tasks.
This is a full-time position and pay will be competitive based on education-level and experience and there is significant room for professional advancement.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Human Resources Tasks:
Assist with HR functions in collaboration with STS' PEO partner.
Help improve processes and programs to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience.
Field basic questions and concerns from employees, providing answers or directing them to appropriate resources.
Coordinate training programs and onboarding with new staff in collaboration with managers.
Support onboarding processes, partnering with company leaders, external recruiters, and HR partners.
Support company events and team member engagement activities.
Help administer company wellness, benefits, and 401k programs, ensuring compliance and educating team members.
Maintain employee and candidate tracking information.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Executive Assistant Tasks:
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for executives.
Review, prioritize, and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of executives.
Organize travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Take notes during meetings and prepare minutes.
Education/Experience:
Prior experience in a HR or Executive Assistant role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior dealership experience preferred.
Energetic, with the ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines.
Ability to work with highly sensitive information and consistently demonstrate a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office suite including strong Excel skills.
