QA Supervisor will be responsible for:
Facilitate effective communication within the quality team and across other departments.
Provide coaching, performance management, and employee development.
Supervise production processes, manage resources, and ensure cleanliness and safety.
Lead safety initiatives, document and investigate incidents, and address potential risks.
QA Supervisor should have:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3+ years of supervisory experience and 5+ years in quality assurance within the food industry.
Expertise in food safety standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP) and quality lab processes.
