Position Summary
Responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing/ advertising/ sales related activities including conference support. Assist in conducting market research, analyzing consumer data, and creating reports on marketing and sales metrics. Interface with customer service and provide back-up support. Supports overall Femasys corporate goals and initiatives. This position is 100% on-site position located in Suwanee, GA. No relocation assistance provided.
Specific Job Functions
Work with Commercial leadership to manage and organize tradeshow calendar. Maintain appropriate deadlines for exhibit fees, exhibit booth needs, and proper shipment of supplies.
Effectively manage marketing inventory levels
Enhance knowledge by becoming familiar with company products, markets, and overall advancements in Women's Health
Assist in creating marketing and advertising campaigns by compiling mailing lists, and managing the marketing CRM
Prepare reports on marking and sales metrics
Support training efforts for both internal and external trainings
Assist in the maintenance of sales database with current information and provide reports as requested
Provide back-up customer service phone support as needed
Support the development of commercial sales tools and marketing materials
As necessary, receive and communicate customer feedback through Femasys quality system and respond to the customer promptly with resolution, as applicable. Assist QA in obtaining all required information from customer and follow-up as necessary.
Work on overall marketing plan for all products
Assist with agency activities for marketing and PR/IR related activities
Support relationship and marketing needs for distribution partners
Represent the Company in a positive, professional manner with all internal contacts and external customers, while upholding Femasys values
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications, Education & Work Experience
Bachelor degree or advanced degree desirable.
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience. Medical device preferred.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills to effectively, both orally and in writing, communicate with internal and external customers.
Professional presence, ability to represent the Company internally and at external functions in a competent and professional manner.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment and self-motivator.
