A Growing, Employee-Friendly Management Consulting Firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to support the Executive Directors of our expanding restructuring practice. This position will enable our directors to focus on strategic, non-administrative matters. If you're energetic, motivated, and resourceful, we'd love to have you join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general office support and assist with organizational tasks
Proactively order and manage daily lunch, office supplies, marketing items, business cards, and groceries
Maintain a cloud-based filing system and organize expense receipt records
Provide light telephone coverage for the main office line
Coordinate travel arrangements, meals, and entertainment schedules for client events
Assist in client marketing event planning
Prepare expense reports for Executive Directors as needed
Assist with various technological projects
Handle the distribution of holiday cards and gifts at year-end
Manage office correspondence, mail, and prepare presentations
Coordinate and prepare bi-weekly consultant time projections
Qualifications:
Energetic, resourceful, motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Permanent, in-office position; required hours are 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
