Responsibilities:
Primary Duties: Lead and manage the estimating division for the organization.
Collaboration: Work closely with ownership to build out the division, focusing on key areas like software selection (Lotus 1-2-3), general conditions, bid strategy, and KPIs.
Team Leadership: Act as Chief Estimator, overseeing 1-2 junior estimators, to increase bid output.
