Customer Service for Trade Sales Channel at our National Customer Service Center in Westfield.

Qualifications Include:
  • Previous success in an Account Management or Customer Service role working with multiple accounts using strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Proven success to effectively communicate (listening, writing and verbal) across all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple processes and tasks at a time with strong attention to detail and degree of accuracy
  • A positive attitude and customer centric focus

Responsibilities Include:
  • Daily processing and review of orders through manual and electronic means
  • Cross-functional communication with support departments such as transportation and warehousing
  • Strong attention to detail resulting in a high degree of transaction accuracy
  • Moderate to Advanced Excel skills including V-look up
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong customer focus and advocacy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on quality over quantity
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and prioritize those with the highest business importance
  • Daily communication with customers via phone, e-mail, & web chat regarding inquiries/requests with a requirement to determine appropriate solutions and responses
  • Provision of accurate product technical support to direct customers, sales, end users/consumers, and specifiers for inquiries relative to product application or characteristics

Education:
  • High School diploma plus minimum 3 years relevant experience required. AS preferred.

Other:
  • Relocation and/or work sponsorship are not available with this position.
  • Hours are Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, with up to three days per week remote.
