About the Team:

Our team brings decades of experience, hailing from Affirm, Asana, PayPal, Google, Adobe, WeWork, Etsy, Tropic, Pandora, Twilio, Density, and eBay. We are looking to bring on our next critical team member in this role. We are a remote-first company with our leadership team and ideally this role is based in San Francisco. You will have the option to collaborate in person weekly, as well as a quarterly onsite with the whole team.

Position Overview:

As an Entry-Level Analyst specializing in vendor review, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and approving documents to ensure accuracy against the AI tool. Your responsibilities will include reviewing documents, customer spend, examining contracts and related documents. In addition, you will be expected to take on additional administrative projects, including Quality Assurance (QA) and product documentation. This position requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

This position is part-time at 20 hours per week. The position will last approximately 12 weeks, with the possibility of being extended.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Data Review: Review documents to guarantee complete accuracy.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including QA processes and product documentation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving vendor management processes and contribute to the development of best practices.
  • Fast-Paced Adaptability: Adapt to rapidly changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a startup environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, or currently in college working towards a degree.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with vendors and internal teams.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment with a willingness to take on diverse tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
