Our client is a large conglomerate with multiple lines of business that's growing quickly with great people and excellent resources. They're currently looking for an attorney to join the team who will focus heavily on corporate compliance, M&A/transactional matters, and regulatory issues (along with other ad hoc needs on a day to day basis).
Chief Legal Officer:
MUST BE FULLY LICENSED IN NV - No in-house designations
Must be willing to do some minimal travel to California, and to work on site
Must have a strong litigation background along with management experience
Must have detailed experience with business strategy, risk management, negotiation/settlements, etc
Must have extremely broad experience and be able to handle any manner of ad hoc issue that arises from one day to the next
Experience with M&A, purchase/sale of real estate, business formations, and all facets of corporate work is highly desired
Must be willing to be truly hands on at all levels
Ability to speak Spanish is highly desirable
Salary is likely to be $325k-$400k base + bonus potential, benefits, etc
