Our partner is looking for candidates with 7+ years of experience in industrial equipment product management to join their team as a Product Manager.
This role requires travel to US client locations about 25-50% of the time.
Product Manager Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic development and management of industrial equipment products
Conduct market analysis and assess customer needs within the industrial, construction and logistics sectors to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate market requirements into technical specifications and ensure the successful development and launch of new products
Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, aligning with business goals and industry trends
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to define positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies for industrial dock equipment products
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and guide continuous improvement efforts
Project Engineer Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Engineering, Sciences, Business or a related field preferred
7+ years prior program or significant project management experience within the industrial equipment industry
Excellent organizational, leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
