Core Responsibilities
Acting as the face of Graffeo, it is your job to ensure customers are given a new sense of what it means to experience coffee at its finest. This is a store-based role at our location in San Francisco. You will be responsible for all aspects of sales in-store as well as some local events.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Lead guests through a true luxury coffee tasting experience - educating them about the founding story, coffees, and brand. Ensure a fun, memorable and educational customer experience.
Work towards developing relationships with guests to convert them into lifelong customers.
Execute direct sales to customers via phone as needed. Make the phone call an experience.
Support the team to meet and exceed DTC sales goals.
Tasting Room daily operations: Opening and closing, stocking coffee and retail products, and assisting with the proper display and pricing of retail items.
Develop a strong knowledge of the coffees and coffee-making practices to continually promote and educate guests on the brand and its offerings.
Handle POS transactions on an integrated cash register and database system.
Assist customers to their vehicles with large purchases (Must be able to lift 40 lbs).
Available to work special roastery/brand events on weekends and evenings.
Always maintain a professional and polished appearance.
