Allied Resources is seeking a Senior Project Manager to develop the scope, schedule, and budget for maintenance and capex midstream and downstream pipeline projects for a local Chemical company. This direct hire offers a pay mix with a base salary up to $165k, OT potential, discretionary EOY bonus, 401k, and a premium benefits package (including non-monetary rewards).
Responsibilities:
Manage the scope of work, schedule, and budget during the development & execution phases.
Interface with multiple departments to develop project requirements and stakeholder needs.
Implement necessary changes to the project scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and resources through the construction phases.
Develop requests for proposals, bid scopes, estimating guidelines, project execution plans, scopes of work, deliverable lists, and schedule development & management.
Develop, track, and communicate detailed project plans to employees and clients effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (highly preferred).
10+ years' of experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager (highly preferred).
Knowledgeable of the Stage/Phase-Gate Process.
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
