Your new role
Hiring for a Travel Superintendent (interiors) to work on a $240M Student Housing High Rise Apartment build in Raleigh, NC.2 grade below and 12 above, CIP Concrete structure, a 1 million sq ft footprint with 665 units.
Project will have high end-finishes and excellent amenities including a swimming pool, fitness center and game rooms.
This project is a for a well-known developer who are going to be partnering with Power on a series of similar projects across 10+ states nationally.
This vacancy is for an Interiors Superintendent that has 10+ years' experience.
This is a long term, permanent position, not a contract.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have large, new construction interiors project experience, ideally within a Multifamily, Student Housing, Hotel build/project.
Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the project and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies are met.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders and develop and maintain the project schedule and budget.
10+ years' experience as a Superintendent.
Proficient in CMiC, Bluebeam.
You need to be able to give set plans and have the ability to run the project.
Degree (preferred but not essential).
What you'll get in return
Salary is $130k - $180k range based on skill set and experience.
