MEGMEET, a top 10 power electronic company worldwide, is seeking candidates for Project Manager for its San Jose California office:
Primary duties include but are not limited to:
In charge of RFQ process (navigate clients' RFQ systems, collaborate internal teams on the quotation preparations, etc.);
Assist Marketing and Sales team to explore and monitor new clients/opportunities;
Effectively and consistently communicate overall program status to all stakeholders;
Work collaboratively with external clients and internal teams to scope and define short term mitigation and long term engineering design/redesign strategy and plan to support business needs;
Manage and drive project schedules, design implementations, reviews and phase exits;
Provide project status and performance metrics updates including recommendations to upper management and stakeholder committees;
Host/lead key project meeting, propose meeting agenda and lead from the U.S. side for meeting preparation;
Identify and resolve conflicts efficiently, set priorities to move things forward, and highlight risks/opportunities to management team;
Build close relationships with clients cross functional team and drive company support satisfaction improvement.
Qualifications:
BS degree is required, mechanical or electrical engineering background is a plus;
PMP certificate is a plus;
Ability to understand Chinese is a plus;
Minimum of three years' working experience in electronics or manufacturing environment is preferred;
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, fluent in Mandarin Chinese is highly desired;
Ability to effectively develop quote documentations (ex. project proposals, fees, work plans) and working knowledge of project process (ex. Prototype A, Prototype B, safety, etc.) is a plus;
manufacturing techniques (ex. injection molding, stamping, product assembly, SMT, etc.) is a plus;
Working knowledge of production and quality control methodology is a plus;
Demonstrated teamwork skills with cross-functional teams;
Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner;
Ability to conduct effective presentations;
Proficiency in MS Office.
