We are seeking to hire an experienced Technical Product Development Manager to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and mentor a team of engineers and technicians
Work with the team to enable scale-up, stability, and manufacturability of products
Develop new product formulations and designs for electrophysiology monitoring
Establish and qualify formulations and designs to meet user needs
Implement formulation development discipline and best practices
Utilize Design of Experiments (DOE) methods to develop formulations and test methods
Experience & Education
5+ years of technical leadership role required
Strong formulation and product development experience required
Hands-on work experience with nanomaterials in electromechanical applications strongly preferred
Successful development of formulations to meet design needs
Worked under ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 manufacturing standards strongly preferred
Strong experimental design and analysis experience in medical device industry
Master's or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field of study strongly preferred

Must be able to wear PPE for extended periods of time.
