We are seeking to hire an experienced Technical Product Development Manager to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has strong technical leadership skills and enjoys managing projects through to completion. You will be responsible for the technical aspects of our product's lifecycle, from development to launch. Your technical knowledge and leadership skills will play a vital role in developing products that meet our customer needs. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of engineers and technicians
  • Work with the team to enable scale-up, stability, and manufacturability of products
  • Develop new product formulations and designs for electrophysiology monitoring
  • Establish and qualify formulations and designs to meet user needs
  • Implement formulation development discipline and best practices
  • Utilize Design of Experiments (DOE) methods to develop formulations and test methods

Experience & Education
  • 5+ years of technical leadership role required
  • Strong formulation and product development experience required
  • Hands-on work experience with nanomaterials in electromechanical applications strongly preferred
  • Successful development of formulations to meet design needs
  • Worked under ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 manufacturing standards strongly preferred
  • Strong experimental design and analysis experience in medical device industry
  • Master's or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field of study strongly preferred

Physical Demands
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.
  • Must be able to wear PPE for extended periods of time.
  • Advanced fine motor skills
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs.
