Role Description

Qualifications
Emergency Medical Dispatcher certification and/or EMT certification
Knowledge of medical terminology and emergency procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in dispatching services or related field
Proficiency in using dispatch software and communication equipment
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
