The firm specializes in commercial (gaming, entertainment, hospitality) and institutional projects, and is registered to practice in 44 US states.
The Opportunity ????
As a Senior Architect focused on hospitality projects and based in Phoenix, AZ, you will play a crucial role in leading and mentoring project teams on all aspects of large-scale hospitality projects, including gaming facilities, hotels, and associated amenity spaces for tribal and commercial gaming companies as well as brand hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily leadership and mentoring to project teams on design and technical aspects
Develop designs and documents from schematic through construction phase
Coordinate projects from initial design through construction administration
Collaborate with design teams to develop solutions addressing client needs, budgets, and schedules
Oversee technical documentation and coordinate with consultants
Perform construction administration tasks
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) or Master of Architecture (MArch) degree
Licensed Architect with Professional Registration
10+ years of experience in architecture with supervisory management experience
Advanced skills in Revit and other industry-standard software
Experience with large-scale hospitality and gaming projects (construction costs ranging from $100M to $350M)
