They are seeking an experienced Senior Demolition Superintendent to lead and manage demolition projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of hands-on experience in demolition and site supervision, ensuring that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Focus:
Oversee all phases of demolition projects, from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
Oversee and synchronize on-site teams, guaranteeing that every crew member possesses the requisite skills and tools to handle equipment with precision and caution.
Deploy specialized mechanical insights to maximize project efficacy, drawing on a deep understanding of cutting-edge demolition technologies, from nimble excavators to high-rise lifting apparatus.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, including maintaining certifications and implementing fall protection measures.
Skill Set:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in demolition, with a strong background in superintendent roles.
Extensive knowledge of demolition equipment and machine operator capabilities, particularly with Bobcats and cranes.
Spanish language skills are a plus, though not required.
OSHA 30 Certification and Fall Protection Certification preferred.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
