What You'll Actually Be Doing:
You'll be the mastermind behind the complete execution of heavy highway and civil projects-both public and private. That means managing teams, wrangling subcontractors, and keeping the owners happy. Your responsibilities will include everything from pre-construction to project set-up, cost control, scheduling, and full P&L responsibility. Oh, and did we mention risk analysis, safety, and complete project oversight? Yeah, you'll be doing all that too.
What We're Looking For:
Project Manager: 5+ years of experience in civil construction (bonus points if you've been doing this since the dawn of time).
Project Engineer: 3+ years of experience in civil construction
A BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or the equivalent life experience of managing chaos.
Proven experience in managing projects from start to finish-if you've seen a project through from cradle to grave, we want to hear about it.
Experience with self-perform forces in mass excavation, underground utilities, paving, and structures-if you've done it all, you're our kind of person.
DOT Construction Management experience? That's a major plus in our book.
