Work with Product Managers, Planning Team, Purchasing Team, Overseas Sourcing Offices, and Mexico Manufacturing to ensure quality product and timely delivery.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with Product Managers, Planning Team, Purchasing Team, Overseas Sourcing Offices, and Mexico Manufacturing to ensure accurate and timely data is being shared between the groups.
Work with overseas and Mexico teams to determine Production, Delivery Dates & Truck Schedule
Analyze Production Reports and take action / communicate as required.
Work with Managing Director and VP Operations to prioritize critical production.
Review Projections and Capacity Plans to ensure we have the proper Production Team and Manpower to complete orders on time.
Review Capacity Analysis with Managing Director and VP Operations and make necessary adjustments.
Share forecast data with key suppliers.
Process, Analyze and Calculate costing, sales, purchasing and PPV reports.
Work with Quality Team to request testing, capture audit reports, communicate results appropriately and assist with Corrective Action Plans.
Send and receive packages between foreign offices, suppliers and customers.
Provide Backup to other department personnel.
Required to maintain consistent and acceptable attendance according to the assigned schedule
Up to 10% travel
Other Duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to communicate with suppliers, manufacturing and internal teams
Microsoft Office proficiency, including strong Excel skills (formulas, vlookups, pivot tables)
Movex (AS400) experience preferred.
Ability to analyze data and identify necessary actions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
