Our client is seeking a skilled ERP Support Analyst to join their team and support the ERP systems to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.
Job Summary: The ERP Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for ERP systems, ensuring the smooth operation of business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, and a comprehensive understanding of various business processes.
Key Responsibilities: ERP System Support: Provide day-to-day support for ERP applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system maintenance.
Business Processes: Analyze and understand business processes to ensure ERP systems are effectively supporting organizational needs. Collaborate with business units to optimize processes and recommend improvements.
Incident Management: Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members or vendors as needed.
System Configuration: Assist in the configuration and customization of ERP modules to align with business requirements and improve functionality.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to ERP system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of ERP systems. Provide ongoing support and guidance to users.
Project Involvement: Participate in ERP implementation projects, upgrades, and integrations, providing expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with ERP system advancements and industry best practices. Propose and implement improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an ERP support role, with a strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
Technical Skills:Dynamics preferred or Experience with other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards]. Experience with SQL and report generation is a plus.
Business Process Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or human resources.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:Certifications: Relevant ERP certifications or training (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, Oracle ERP Cloud certification).
Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Change Management: Familiarity with change management practices related to ERP system updates and user adoption.
